Custom Detailed Design Board / Linked Sourcing / Design Consulting

THE PROCESS

Consultation - We’ll schedule a design consultation, this will give us the chance to meet in your home, I’ll ask for you to show me the space or spaces you’d love for me to help you design. There is a $100 minimum fee due at the time of the appointment
Brief and Estimate - After the consultation I will prepare a detailed brief, highlighting what we discussed and how I plan to translate that to the design board as well as my estimate. The project fee must be paid and brief must be completed before your project is added to my schedule.
Design Board - The design board is a digital visionary shopping list that is directly linked to websites making ordering easier. You will have 3 options for each space, with additional 2d and 3d designs to suggest layout if applies/ is necessary as well as access to my trade discounts. My clients have mentioned to me that they love seeing everything in one place before committing to purchasing.

4. Purchase - We will discuss which steps to take for purchasing items and timelines for each room etc.

5. Full Support - You will have full email, phone and virtual support through the purchasing and installment process.

As of January 1, 2024 pricing has changed and will start with a square footage base price - please inquire with questions
